Your household checklist

The planner saves household counts, child age groups, feeding and nappy settings, pet settings and ticked items in your browser’s local storage. The planner code does not send these settings to us. No names or dates of birth are requested.

Use “Reset checklist” to reset your choices, or clear this website’s data in your browser to remove stored settings. Settings are specific to your browser and device. People using the same browser may be able to see them.

Hosting and technical information

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requests to deliver and secure the site. Private access may require authentication through the hosting service. Their own privacy notices explain their processing: OpenAI and Cloudflare.

Analytics and shopping links

We have not added analytics or advertising pixels. Amazon shopping links include our affiliate identifier (bereadylist-21). Clicking a link sends you to Amazon, which may use cookies and other technologies to attribute qualifying purchases. We do not send your checklist settings to Amazon or receive your identity through affiliate reports. Retailers you visit through our links process information under their own privacy and cookie policies. See our affiliate disclosure for further information. We will update this notice if our data practices change.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this to respond to your enquiry and keep relevant correspondence, relying on our legitimate interest in managing enquiries and operating the site. Messages are processed through Cloudflare Email Routing and our inbox provider. We retain them only for as long as needed for the enquiry or applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or ask us to restrict processing or object to it. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
